You can control the speed at which your juice is extracted with four speeds ranging from 40 to 120 Revolutions Per Minute, and a variable pressure cap enables you to adjust the pressures within the pulp outlet. The lower speed is appropriate for the production of high quantities of juice including from soft fruits, with maximum speeds suitable for leafy greens and root vegetables. To add even more durability to your juicing equipment, the pressure cap is also made from stainless steel!
