Delivery Information is pleased to offer Free Delivery in Ireland on all orders over €150 & Free European Delivery to the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands & Monaco on orders over €200. For delivery to Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland & Greece only €9.95 for orders over €200. Full details below for all destinations. 

Orders are usually shipped the day of purchase if the order is placed online before 2pm Monday – Friday, if the order is received after this time it will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery takes 2 working days for delivery in Ireland, deliveries to remote locations in Ireland can sometimes take 3 working days. Delivery takes 2-3 days for Mainland Europe and UK deliveries. For all other locations please contact us.

We use a range of different couriers. e.g. Nightline, An Post, DHL, UPS, Interlink Express and DPD.

Christmas Delivery

This Christmas, we will be dispatching products until Friday the 20th of December and every order totalling over €150 that is placed before 14:00 pm on that day will be sent for delivery before Christmas.

Please be advised that we can only ensure that your product is dispatched from our warehouses on the 20th and cannot be held responsible for any deliveries that fail to arrive in time for Christmas. The couriers we use will do everything they can to get your order delivered in time, but in extreme circumstances they may not be able to. It is also important that somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, as it cannot be left in a safe place.

If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address once the order has been despatched, this will incur extra charges starting from €20 depending on weight. If you would like to make a change to the delivery address after the item has been despatched, please contact us.

Unfortunately no courier as part of their service agreements are required to call customers in advance of delivery.  We can include a note asking the courier to call in advance of delivery but this is ultimately at the discretion of the individual courier, it is not something that we can insist they do. If for some reason you will not be present as your address during delivery hours we request that you instead have the item delivered to an address where someone is always present during working hours.

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us. Please note: We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed times; there is no such a thing as a guaranteed delivery day as nor the couriers can legislate for problems arising in transit. If your order is urgent, we suggest allowing sufficient time to get the order to you allowing for any eventualities.
