What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards – MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Amex. All payments are currently through PayPal which offers you the customer the most secure online payment gateway available, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal, simply select the option to pay by credit card.

How long does delivery take?
Goods are shipped within 24hrs; delivery normally takes 2 business days.
What couriers do you use?
We use a range of different couriers. e.g. DHL, UPS, Fedex, Interlink Express & An Post.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all items over 150 Eur. See individual products for further info.
Will the courier call in advance of delivery?
Unfortunately no courier as part of their service agreements are required to call customers in advance of delivery. We can include a note asking the courier to call in advance of delivery but this is ultimately at the discretion of the individual courier, it is not something that we can insist they do. If for some reason you will not be present as your address during delivery hours we request that you instead have the item delivered to an address where someone is always present during working hours.
What is your Refunds & Returns policy?
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods unused, in the original packaging with all user information. The EU Distance Selling Regulations state that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop, for example you could switch on a juicer to listen to it, however you are not be allowed to make juice in it.
To exercise this right please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number, please submit this via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When exercising the right to cancel during the cooling-off period, goods are to be returned at the customer's expense. However, refunds are not dependent on the goods being returned. If goods are not returned to us after a customer has exercised the right to cancel, we require that they are made available for collection. The direct cost of collection will be deducted from the refund. You will remain liable for the cost of any goods that are not returned or made available for collection.
You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that goods are packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit, please make sure the plug on any electrical item is packed in sufficient wrapping so that it cannot scratch, dent or break the equipment in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier to cover this.
Assuming that our return's policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 day of our receiving them.
If you are ordering on behalf of a business the EU Distance Selling Regulations do not apply and our contract of sale with your business is complete when you accept delivery of the goods. It is important that you select the correct product for your needs as you will not be entitled to a full refund if you wish to return the goods. We do not normally accept the return of goods bought by a business unless the product is new and in its original, unopened packaging.

What happens if i find a product you sell at a lower price than you have advertised?
If you find the same item you want to buy selling for less from another mainstream Irish or UK outlet (i.e. excluding membership clubs, market stalls, duty free shops and online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon) we will match the price. Simply send us details of the offer and we will get back to you within 24hrs, Monday to Friday. Our £ price match is calculated on the amount you would pay as an Irish consumer using the daily corporate market exchange rate as detailed for example using a tool such as www.xe.com plus the combined 2.25% transaction fee as charged by Irish banks and Visa/Mastercard for foreign currency transactions.
Do you deliver outside of Ireland?

Do you have a showroom facility to view the products?
In order to give you the best possible price and to keep our overheads down we don’t provide a showroom facility at present. On our website we have tried to provide you with as much detailed information about each product that we stock. We also include a video demonstration on each product where available so you can get as clear as possible understanding of the product.
