Withdraw from Contract
Use this form to withdraw from your contract with us within the 14-day withdrawal period. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need an account. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you indicate (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
What happens after you confirm
You will receive an email acknowledging your withdrawal, including the date and time of your submission. Please keep this for your records.
You then have 14 days to return the goods to the address we confirm to you in writing; this may differ from the dispatch address. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, which we estimate at approximately €15–€40 for a boxed juicer or similar appliance from within Ireland, depending on weight and courier. We recommend a tracked service and secure outer packaging, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
We will reimburse your payments, including standard delivery, without undue delay once we have received the goods back or you have supplied tracked proof of dispatch, using the same payment method you used for your order. Where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction for diminished value may apply — see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
