The juicing chamber in the Sana 828 has been redesigned to make it even more user friendly by changing a few simple areas. The pulp control lever is a great useful tool which allows you to adjust the pressure in the juicing chamber. Using this correctly will allow for a higher yield with harder ingredients like carrots. Also the pulp outlet is wider to make cleaning that little bit easier The new auger has been made easier to assemble as it no longer has to be lined up with the juicing screen.
When juicing the Sana 828 uses 4 spinning blades that operate at 17 RPM, this keeps the screen clean during juicing and reduces the amount of foam produced. Another nice perk of buying the Sana 828 is that the pulp and juice collectors are made from borosilicate glass, which gives this juicer more of a premium feel.
Dual hoppers are becoming much more popular in the juicing world as it makes the juicing process that little easier. The top feed works great for most long produce such as carrots, celery and apples etc. The wide side slot has an integrated tray which is helpful for rounder objects like tomatoes, grapes and even leafy greens.
