The Kuvings REVO830 is a slow juicer designed to offer an incredibly easy juicing experience. This is achieved through its dual feed chute design with a 88 mm primary feed chute and a 43 mm secondary feed chute. These are also further supported by an all-new auto-cutting mechanism, which allows for whole ingredients to be cut down into more manageable chunks.
For many years now the hallmark of Kuvings juicers has been their inclusion of a wide feed chute. For the REVO830 the bar has been set even higher and the primary chute has a diameter of 88 mm, surpassing the previous record of 82 mm. It also makes use of a flip-top lid, making the process safer and reducing the risk of overfeeding.
Furthermore, the primary chute is supported by a secondary feed chute designed to handle long and thin ingredients such as carrots or cucumbers. As a result, this 2nd chute has a smaller diameter of 43 mm, and it leads directly down to the augur.
Thanks to both of the chutes and their optimised design, the REVO830 is able to accept ingredients with minimal preparation and in some cases can juice them whole, saving lots of time on both the juicing process and ingredient prep.
At the base of the feed chutes, Kuvings has integrated a new auto-cutting feature into their classic juicing mechanism. This works via a new element at the head of the augur which rotates with the motor and cuts away chunks of ingredients as they are fed down either chute.
By automatically cutting ingredients the mechanism ensures that each chunk is sized suitably for juicing, helping the REVO830 to extract optimal yields with high levels of vitamins and minerals.
In order to cope with the work required to juice larger pieces of produce, the Kuvings REVO830 has been equipped with an upgraded motor. This motor is more power efficient than the one seen in older models yet is able to output higher levels of torque to support the added strain of the auto-cutting mechanism.
The Kuvings REVO830 has been built to last and it is made out of a selection of high-quality materials. This includes both Tritan and GE Ultem, both of which are some of the most durable plastics currently produced, offering great reliability. Additionally, all of the parts are made of BPA-free plastics, ensuring that they are food-safe and won’t leach chemicals.
