The twice as slow, twice as strong augur enhances juice extraction due to its double-wing design and the control lever helps with optimising juice extraction depending on the ingredient.

Hurom have decided to lower the speed of their juicers by half. This brings the RPM down to 43, which squeezes the ingredients equally on both sides, to enhance the extraction process. Also, the double-edged auger is capable of squeezing every last drop of juice from your ingredients, making your pulp bone dry and letting you get the most out of your fruit and vegetables. The augur is designed to get optimal extraction, giving you and your family all the beneficial enzymes and nutrients you need.
This control lever upgrades the efficiency of juice extraction by controlling the pressure of the pulp depending on hard and soft ingredients. This facilitates a very smooth discharge of pulp and allows the user to juice different types of ingredients. It also gives the user control over the texture of the juice.
The juicing components have had several improvements to create an optimal juicing environment. One such improvement is the semi-transparent hopper, which will allow the user to see the ingredients going into the juicing chamber.
