ULKA Espresso Pump

This feature may seem unnecessary for someone who doesn't know what ULKA espresso pumps are, but it is very important to this machine. For your drink to look and taste authentic, a ULKA pump uses maximum pressure at full extraction so that the crema can be drawn out of the coffee powder in order to create a foamy top.

Multilingual LCD Touchscreen Menu

The touch screen, which makes it easier to use with clear instructions, is the newest feature of this machine. The built-in multilingual settings for German, English and Italian are an added bonus!
