With the preset steak buttons, it's never been easier to cook steak, just choose between rare, medium rare, medium and well done. The Smart Technology at the grill can automatically adjust cooking time depending on how thick the cut of meat is - pretty clever! Poultry, hamburgers, bratwursts, sandwiches, fish and manual modes are also included in other preset temperature programmes.
The low-fat function is available on all three BBQs in this category, which means that they can be grilled without the addition of oil or fat. The nonstick coating used on the grill itself allows cooking without oil to take place, and excess food fat drains through the grease tray attachment.
There are seven levels of heat on barbecue plates with up to 210 degrees, while a flat grill has 10 temperatures between 150 and 240 degrees. With these integrated heating plates, drawing power of 2000 watts means that there can be very fast cooking. The plates are interchangeable, but the heat is not going to change regardless of which plate attachment you put on it!
