Green Juice

Now, this juice isn’t for the faint-hearted, so if you're not into your veggies your probably best of substituting SOME of the veg for your favourite fruit.

  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 6 pods of green sweet peas (make sure to discard the pod)
  • 2 green apples
  • 1-inch ginger
  • 1/2 a lime

Juice all ingredients together and drink up. This juice isn’t for everyone, but if you can stomach it you’ll be getting plenty of vitamins and minerals your body so desperately needs.

Peachy Sunrise Smoothie

Now this smoothie has NO alcohol in, but it still tastes delicious and refreshing.

  • 75g frozen raspberries
  • 220 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 45g strawberries
  • 1 peach peeled
  • 1 orange peeled

Now to get that sunrise ombre effect you won’t be able to just put everything in the blender. First, you want to blend together the raspberries, strawberries, almond milk and vanilla extract. If the mixture is to thick for your liking add some more almond milk. Pour the mixture into glass and rinse out the blender. Blend together the peach and orange and pour on top of the raspberry mixture.

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Who doesn’t love a blueberry muffin, this smoothie tastes exactly like the popular muffin but is 10 times healthier.

  • 60g frozen blueberries
  • 360 ml almond milk
  • 20 g Greek yoghurt
  • 20 g of oats
  • 4 dates pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • A small squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

It's important to have frozen blueberries for this recipe as the consistency tends to be a little runny.

Add all your ingredients into the blender apart from the lemon juice. Blend all together until your preferred consistency. If its to thick add more milk and then add a splash of lemon juice.
