We had a issue with a part attached to the main unit and it was replaced at no charge, just shipping within Ireland. Very happy with the service and updates.
Hands down easiest website I've ever dealt with. I had an issue with my juicer 19 months after purchase — part replaced, I only had to pay postage. Legends.
