The KitchenAid Pasta Cutters and Roller 3-Piece Set comes with a useful cleaning brush to brush out pieces of dough and flour from the cutters and roller. Since it is stainless steel, wipe away any leftover residue for longer-lasting pasta cutters and roller. It is recommended that once every year (or 50 uses) place a drop of light mineral oil in each corner for lubrication. Do not submerge the cutters and roller in water or clean them using a dishwasher.
