I bought this fabulous mixer from Juicers last year, I must say it is a Trojan machine! I have not bought one loaf of bread in a year. I love it! I make 3 loaves at a time as that is what our family eats. There is a difference and a learning curve as others have said, however it far outweighs my other mixer which was a kenwood. It can handle a large amount of flour. Best purchase ever if you like to make your own bread cakes and deserts.
