The H100 has a very impressive design that looks quite different to other juicers we have seen before, with a stunning outer casing that oozes sophistication. Not only will it fit into any modern kitchen, it also has a completely new juicing chamber, that helps with the efficiency of the juicing process. The Hurom H100 has been upgraded in so many ways, that this could be the future of juicing.
With a completely new concept of juicing Hurom have produced their first ever screen less juicer. Many other vertical models have a sieving screen placed around the augur which separates the juice from the pulp. But the H100 uses a strainer which has 2 parts that slot together. This method only leaves very thin slits for the juice to pass through. This did leave us questioning whether the juice would be more like a smoothie, but from our testing, this is not the case at all. The strainer also makes cleaning much easier, as you can access all areas that would be hard to clean in a sieve.
There are a fair few small changes to the H100 which have improved the overall juicing experience massively. Apart from the main change of screen less juicing, Hurom has recreated the pulp ejection control. Older Hurom models supported the pulp lever function which has now been modified to a switch in the H100. The switch is placed above pulp outlet and can easily be adjusted precisely, the switch allows for an even more customised process.
The hopper has been adapted to make juicing different sized fruits and vegetables easy by offering two different inlets. There is a long hopper which allows you to juice veggies such as carrots and celery. There is also a wide hopper which makes juicing round ingredients and leafy greens no hassle at all.
The 43 RPM dual wing augur is very efficient and can extract plenty of juice from ingredients in a short timeframe, ensuring that nutrients and vitamins are maintained through the cold press process. Not only will you get optimal nutrition but you will also receive a very good yield, as the H100 makes the most our of any fruits and vegetables.
The homogenising blank is included with most Hurom models and enables you to create sorbets, nut butter, baby food, dips and much more. This will give you the freedom to create whatever dish you want all in one appliance. Another accessory included in the H100 is the inner strainer, this turns your juices into smoothies, which is a great alternative if you want to incorporate more fibre into your diet.
