• The HU-400s are vertical masticating juicers and contain less attachments than traditional horizontal masticating juicers meaning it's quicker and easier to assesmble and wash up after use
• It has a wider feeding chute and its revolutionary design gently squeezes out every last drop from hard vegetables, soft fruits and leafy greens in seconds, leaving you with exceptionally high quality juice
• This Hurom Slow Juicer is the next generation in cold press juicing and uses Low Speed Technology System (LSTS), however, because it is a vertical juicer, Hurom have fitted a juicing strainer around the whole auger (screw) whereas our other juicers only have a strainer on the lower side of the Auger. This enables the juicer to keep a really low RPM rate of around 70-80, whilst opening up the juicing surface area so that the ingredients are continuously being squeezed against the strainer until nothing is left apart from dry pulp.
• The result is really fast juicing, but with all the attributes of a slow juicer that gently extracts all the goodness from carrots, apples and spinach without heating and oxidising the Juice. Because the ingredients such as wheatgrass or even beetroot travel vertically, they are pulled down into the juicer and don’t need to be pushed (unless you are juicing leafy greens) and the specially designed rotating silicon brushes inside, clean the bowl whilst juicing which prevents any juice or pulp build up so that the machine can continuously run smoothly and efficiently.
• The HU-400 Juicer can be used by all of the family; it does not use any sharp blades and will not turn on without all the parts assembled correctly due to the magnetic safety feature.
• Cleaning is so easy with this juicer, if you want to keep using your Hurom Slow Juicer but need to give it a rinse in-between juicing different ingredients, simply pour water through the machine whilst it is running as normal and the water will flush out the left over pulp and juice leaving all the parts clean.
